Fortress Safe LTD, in keeping with the vision of many members of the prestigious Safe Deposit Federation, a global foundation of members who aspire to providing quality safe deposit box services worldwide, takes a leadership role in the deployment of automated insured convenient safe deposit box centers.

For too long, clients have been conditioned to believe they must fulfill an ever- increasing list of “Conditions” before elevation to the privileged ranks of those “eligible to rent a box”!

Fortress Safe LTD is focused on delivering "client centric" services which fully reflect the needs of a discerning (and often mobile) global client base. In so doing, we lift the humble safe deposit box service into the 21st century.

Corporate Structure

Fortress Safe LTD Global Vaults Limited has significantly strengthened its strategic potential with an announcement in December 2019 that Safika International Holdings (PTY) Limited (www.safika.co.za), a South African based investment company established in 1995 and led by two of South Africa’s most distinguished businessmen, Sakumzi 'Saki' Macozoma and Moss Ngoasheng, Safika, had acquired a 26% shareholding in the company.

Safika has a broad diversified portfolio of interests in financial services, mining, agriculture, transport, health, gaming, aerospace, property and communication and a close working relationship (and reciprocal shareholding) with Standard Bank Group, Africa’s largest lender by asset with operations across 27 African countries. Safika’s Chairman, Saki Macozoma was formerly deputy Chairman of Standard Bank and formally Chairman of the Banks large subsidiary Liberty Holdings.

Mr. Moss Ngoasheng Deputy Chairman and CEO Safika Holdings (PTY)Ltd will join Co- Founders and fellow shareholders Mr. William Pike, Mr. Ezra Bunyenyezi and Mr. Terry Downes on the board of Fortress Safe LTD Global Vaults.

With multiple site in some of the most prestigious locations in the UAE, (DMCC Jumeriah Lake Towers, Palm Jumeriah and the Dubai International Airport Freezone, Fortress Safe LTD are proud to bring the concept to Africa and chose Nairobi as our inaugural African center. Located at the new wing of the prestigious Sarit Center, convenient to all clients, we offer all clients total privacy and bring peace of mind by developing the most advanced security infrastructure of its kind in the world. There is a reason why Fortress Safe LTD is also the only safe deposit box company in the Africa to offer all clients the option to insure the contents of their box with Lloyds of London, the largest insurance market in the world.

Using advanced safe robotics and a fully integrated privacy pod, we lift the safe deposit box into the 21st century. Integrated technology means that to access your box, you need a bank standard swipe card, a 4 Digit pin code, a bio Metric Vein verification reader and you are the only individual with a key to that box. Unlike traditional safe deposit box centers, you will not see any “wall of box’s”, instead all our safe deposit boxes are located inside a customized automated safe described as the most advanced of its kind in the world and the advanced robotics delivers the box to its registered owner in less than ten seconds.

JOHN BALAC

CLIENT ADVISOR

Since completing his Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM.) at Griffith University, Gold Coast, Australia he pursued a career in Energy. John started his working life in Business Development for International Tubular Services (now Parker Drilling). During his early years with ITS John completed multiple courses with the world-renowned Schlumberger including Well Formation & Drilling, quickly rising through the ranks he became an executive for the owners office in Limassol, Cyprus. x

When ITS was sold to Parker Drilling John stayed with the original shareholders and in 2013 became an integral part in the formation of the All Services Group which became leading supplier of engineered solutions within the Power, Cooling, Water, and Oil & Gas Industries. ASG comprised four separate companies, Rental Solutions & Services (RSS), Hydromagx, Energia Latina and Downhole Solutions.

During his time with ASG John led the development teams for multiple larges scale utility. projects across the Middle East, Africa & Asia holding senior roles in all of ASG's subsidiary companies. Since 2017 John has been an Executive Director for the AJ Group of companies and maintains multiple board positions for companies in the utility, agriculture, hospitality & automotive sectors.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

As the executive director at Fortress Safes Kenya, Mohammaddaud Farid Ahmad draws on his extensive leadership experience within the Trinity group of companies, a multinational with operations across Africa, Europe, North America and Asia.

At Fortress Safe, Mohammaddaud is dedicated to delivering tailored advisory services for cortporates, investors and high-net worth individuals. Hos global insights coupled with a reputation for governance excellence and innovation, ensure clients receive first-class solutions with the highest standard of confidentiality, trust and security.

His exposure across industries such as real estate, energy, technology, healthcare and finance equips him with a uniique ability to guide clients through complex safekeeping and asset protection needs.

NOEL OBWORA

COMPANY ATTORNEY

SiNoel Obwora is a ditinguished advocate of the High Court of Kenya with extensive experince in corporate-commercial law, civil and criminal litigation, tax law, family law, aviation law, procurement law and employment law.

He holds an LL.B(Hons.) degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post-Graduate Diploma from The Kenya School of Law. Over the years, Noel has bulit reputation for steering successful outcomes in complex legal matters, including mergers & acqusitions, banking and finance, intellectual property, immigration and real estate.
